About You

We understand that you need to talk to a real person. Heart Partners wants you to have access to a live person when you have questions. We have nurses who answer the phone from 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. For emergency purposes, we have cardiologists available to answer your questions 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Insurance

To confirm a physician’s status as in-network or out-of-network, we suggest you call the number listed on the back of your insurance card. As a condition of your insurance plan, any co-payments or deductibles are due at the time of your appointment. You may pay with cash, personal check, money order, Visa or Mastercard. We are happy to file your claims for you, provided that you supply us the information from your carrier.
